Master kitchen
Our Master Kitchen features an array of highest quality cooking equipment. Our kitchen space is designed to ensure that students can have the best possible learning experience. Students are given separate cooking stations where they can learn to cook, improve their skills or showcase their culinary inventions.
Bakistry
Our baking station is one of its kind. It contains all the pastry and baking related equipment you would need to become professional bakers. This includes industrial mixers, pastry sheeter, gas deck oven, deep fryers, gas range burners etc.
Computer Lab
A high tech computer lab with the latest software is present at ABLE so students can make their learning more interactive. They can find e-books, do customized and detailed research on their courses, or even watch informative videos related to their respective fields.
Library
Library-the hub of knowledge is the most important wing of any educational institute. Our students are encouraged to visit the library often, as it is the ideal place to gain knowledge, conduct comprehensive research, and take advantage of the plethora of books available for better understanding of their respective courses. The library is stocked with books related to culinary arts, hospitality, baking, film making etc.
Auditorium
Auditorium is a space where the entire student body comes together to experience different kinds of events. ABLE has a modern auditorium with a large seating capacity, which can be used for educational purposes, assemblies, announcements, meetings, events etc.
